Rick was born and raised in Bakersfield. He attended Garces Memorial High School and St. Mary’s College where he earned his doctorate in physical therapy. Rick has loved and participated in sports since he was 6 years old. Even at that age, he wanted to pursue a career in helping people reach their physical potential whether in sports or in everyday living.

Rick and his wife Kelly have 2 year old twins, Phoenix and Finley. They are full of energy and fun and keep them very busy. Rick’s other favorites in life is playing basketball, cooking delicious meals on his Traeger and listening/playing music. He is a huge fan of the Miami Dolphins since the Dan Marino days.
